An assisted living manager is a type of medical and health services manager. Like a nursing home administrator, individuals in the assistant living manager position are typically tasked with overseeing a facility's daily operations.

Typically, you require a variety of skills to oversee a facility properly. Leadership and management skills are necessary to supervise staff members and ensure operations run efficiently. You should also possess communication and interpersonal skills to effectively discuss objectives and goals with employees and maintain positive relationships with facility residents and family members.

With five or fewer years of experience in the administrator level, you can receive an annual net salary of $41,279 (including extra pay, tips, and bonuses), whereas, in a more senior role with 10-20 years of experience, you have a high probability to earn about $50,765.
