Responsibilities This is a Monday-Friday day time job Company will provide paid in field training, vehicle to use when transporting customers, and a fuel card It is the responsibility of the employee to report any and all moving violations to his or her supervisor immediately Drivers are responsible for safely transporting our customers to and from doctors appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, pharmacies, or any other medical appointments on time, while adhering to federal, state and local traffic laws, as well as PTIs policies and procedures Driving vehicles in a safe manner Provide reliable, courteous and respectful customer service Report to pickups at the required need time and location to ensure passengers timely arrival for appointments Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to your Manager Perform a vehicle inspection while refueling vehicle Maintain strict confidentiality regarding PTIs business secrets and customer information Abide by all Company policies and procedures All other duties as assigned by supervisor This job description does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements or efforts associated with the job Qualifications Have a valid state drivers license issued by the state of proposed employment Must live within 30 minutes of the location for which you are applying Have at least 5 years of verifiable driving experience Be 21 years of age Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, background check, and driving performance test Must not have a physical impairment preventing him or her driving safely, or from performing the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to read, write, and converse in English Must be able to use a GPS/Technology System, read and understand roadmaps Ability to lift and pull up to 20 pounds Must be able to climb in and out of the vehicle Must be able to bend to inspect the undercarriage of a vehicle and tires Must be able to manually open and close all doors and hatches on the vehicle

Homewatch CareGivers of St Pete Beach is looking for a Part-Time Scheduler. This position would be on call after hours during the week and on call for weekends. This would included answering phone calls when on call and filling any call out shifts. Additional task would be working with the scheduler to make sure shifts are filled. The Part-time Scheduler is also expected to perform a variety of duties to support staff and clients regarding the scheduling of clients, with additional administrative and office duties to support the agency, department, immediate supervisor, and staff. Perform duties under supervision of the Administrator or designee. The Scheduler is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to the client's care including scheduling CareGivers, coordinating CareGiver introductions with other staff members as well as coordinating care with other staff and outside senior care professionals. This position must work as a team member with other staff to make sure each client's shift is scheduled with a CareGiver. Highest priority is filling shifts in a timely manner and caring a list of on call caregivers if the need arises. Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required A minimum of a high school diploma A post-secondary school degree in a health-related field would be an advantage A post-secondary school degree in a health-related field would be an advantage A minimum of 2 years work experience in a home care capacity and a minimum 2 years' experience as a care coordinator or other relevant role preferred Must possess excellent communication skills on all fronts. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively. Must have good interpersonal skills. That is to say, the home care scheduler must be a people-person and easy to approach Must be able to multi-task and also display an incredible level of flexibility Must have the ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks and/or duties He/she should have a good knowledge and understanding of customer care ethics.
