We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric, and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the evolution of our patient support program (PSP) solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role sits at the intersection of patient experience, technology, and commercial strategy-driving offerings such as field-based nurse support, reimbursement assistance, specialty pharmacy coordination, patient education, data workflows, and digital engagement tools (apps, portals, messaging workflows, and more).
You will own product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution to improve patient access, adherence, satisfaction, and program outcomes, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
Develop and execute a clear product roadmap for PSP-related capabilities-including services, data workflows, and digital engagement tools.
Align product initiatives with evolving client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends in patient access and support services.
Customer & Market Insight
Partner with commercial teams, clients, and operations to deeply understand PSP workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to support product differentiation and value-driven positioning.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data science, operations, and clinical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive product features.
Work closely with legal, compliance, and privacy stakeholders to ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
Lifecycle Ownership
Own the full product lifecycle-from ideation and requirements definition through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Monitor product performance, adoption, patient outcomes, and client satisfaction to drive continuous innovation.
Client Engagement & Enablement
Support client onboarding and implementation by translating business requirements into product configurations and enhancements.
Serve as the product subject matter expert during client meetings, workshops, and advisory discussions.
Product Development Execution
Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative roadmap delivery.
Write clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements that translate complex needs into action.
Utilize product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard) to manage roadmaps, documentation, and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, data analytics, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or tech-enabled services.
Experience in life sciences, healthcare delivery, pharmaceutical services, or patient support programs.
Familiarity with PSP workflows: hub services, copay programs, prior authorization, benefits investigations, nurse support.
Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and interoperability standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, GDPR).
Demonstrated success working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Preferred
Master's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field.

Main Responsibilities:

Job Description
The purpose of the Warehouse/Facilities Operations Assistant is to provide general facility support and serve as a backup to the Security Operations Department Manager. This position will be responsible for all warehouse/dock services, such as shipping and receiving, mail/package deliveries, warehousing, and inventory of pharmacy and general office supplies. It will also work with building service vendors.

Provide general facility support by fulfilling routine light maintenance work, room set up, moving office equipment and furniture
Works with internal/external stakeholders and provides general support.
Make routine checks of facility and equipment ensuring safety and security.
Perform any necessary follow-up tasks to ensure facility is secure.Provide assistance in all emergency situations such as; fire alarms, tornado warnings, medical emergencies, etc.
Requirements
2 years of experience in facility, warehousing or safety work
Must have a High School diploma or GED

This role is responsible for leading the daily tasks associated with the company's Patient Solutions call monitoring, scoring, and reporting as well as system data entry quality. Within this role, the Quality Assurance Specialist serves customers by identifying, analyzing, and developing improvements in productivity, quality, internal team relationships, and customer service. The Quality Assurance Specialist regularly provides support to the department managers and director to effectively maintain program operations and goals.
Conduct a minimum of 8 quality reviews per associate per month. Monitor processes including call handing to ensure program KPIs and established quality guidelines are met.
Auditing case records to ensure proper charting and interactions are documented appropriately against the established quality guidelines.
Prepare quality score reports by associate, team and/or program for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
Identify service trends and collaborate with management to ensure and promote adherence to Patient Solutions and support guidelines within assigned areas.
SME for all aspects of the program(s) to determine areas of concern as well as opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate errors.
Upon notification of program enhancements, assist with developing associate training materials and participate in training sessions ensuring associates understand how the program enhancement will impact the quality review/score.
Monitoring program AE's and present findings to management for immediate review and reconciliation.
Providing support to program team on periodic department audits.
Additional responsibilities as needed based on department, program, and project requirements.
Requirements
Previous call center experience participating in quality call and system audit performance reviews preferred.
Previous experience in patient support/patient assistance and/or financial access programs preferred.
Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
