Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement enhancements to streamline processes. Implementation and Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of Epic Wisdom system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new modules and features within the Epic Wisdom application. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Epic Wisdom functionalities and best practices.
