Key Responsibilities, Deliverables & Expectations:
Assist with the administration and execution of the critical Estimate at Completion (EAC) process for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies engineering and D&S manufacturing efforts.
Provide guidance to teams of engineers and finance professionals regarding the process and controls relevant to our EACs.
Complete quarterly/annual schedules that feed into Consolidated Honeywell Financial statements
Respond to financial data and accounting treatment requests from Finance, Business Partners, Project Managers, and Analysts.
Respond to audit requests and inquiries during periodic SOX and compliance testing and assist the business in control design and remediation efforts.
Assist in the implementation of new procedures and systems in response to new US GAAP pronouncements and corporate policy changes

Serve as the lead analyst for major security incidents, handling escalations, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely communication with customers.
Work across business units to enhance SOC operations, improve detection capabilities, and optimize workflows. Continuously refine rule logic in SIEMs/EDRs to reduce noise and increase fidelity.

Additionally, our senior analysts must show themselves to be not simply good processors who follow procedures but also take increased ownership of their events and pass their knowledge on to other partners and teams where appropriate. Partner must adhere to all established procedures and checklists including:
* Scrubbing the list of assets and statements provided by Client Servicing/New Business Consultants to determine the assets that are in scope for Alternative Assets platforms.
* Once assets are determined to be in scope for Alternatives, the Partner will be responsible for ensuring all information that is required to place the asset on record is obtained.
* Creation of Interested Party letters to update wiring instructions. Once Interested Party letters are signed and received back from the client, the Partner must send the letters to the appropriate contacts at the fund company.
* Attending and participating in all scheduled calls/meetings related to the assigned client onboarding event and providing updates as needed.
* In addition to onboarding clients and placing assets on record, partner will be responsible for day to day tasks. These include but are not limited to:
* Processing asset transfers between accounts and platforms.
* Removing assets from record.
* Inactivating assets on the Private Equity platform.
* Resolving Digitization exceptions within the Alternative Lifecycle Engine (ALE) platform.
* Processing Personal Limited Partnership requests (placing assets on record, transfers, removing assets from record).
* Monitoring our shared team email distribution mailbox.
* Partner should display a high level of professionalism consistent with Northern Trust corporate policies at all times. Partner should be approachable, flexible and consultative to their peers, partners and clients. Partner should actively lead, communicate, and execute professional goals while aligning new skills with current business needs. This includes:
* Assisting Team Lead to coordinate training schedule for new partners to the team as well as assist in "on the job" training.
* Actively participating in 1:1 meetings with management.
* Identifying process improvements and communicate those to leadership and peers.
* Backup our team's technical coordinators and assist leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
* A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
* Analytical and problem solving skills are required
* Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas such as Alternative Assets including but not limited to systems such as: ALE, PED, GPA, AIM, IIP, POP, DSM, OIT, FM, IMS.
