Have full technical knowledge of all phases of research application analysis and programming.

Apply analytical and operational expertise to formulate and define research and development objectives in support of FLEX initiatives.
Provide analytic inputs in development of FLEX initiative analytical lines of inquiry, data collection and analysis plans (DCAPs), initiative data collection, and post-event analysis and reporting.
Select and apply appropriate research and analysis techniques to meet FLEX initiative objectives.
Participate in all aspects of data collection during execution of war games, limited objective experiments, limited technical experiments, and at-sea experimentation events in accordance with the DCAP.
Develop the Analysis Summary Reference Document (ASRD) and initiative findings and recommendations as a key input to each initiative's Final Experiment Report (FER).
Must Haves:
Bachelors Degree
5-12 years of Naval surface warfare or information warfare experience
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience developing analytical tools (e.g., models, simulations, databases, etc.)
Nice to Haves:
Possess experience as a senior Naval Officer is desired
Previous experiment or wargaming experience is desired
Masters Degree preferred

Essential Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the CORETL Hub's operational activities, including alternate work schedules and after-hours contingencies.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with security clearance and need-to-know requirements for classified information.
* Develop, review, and update CORETL procedures, including Job Procedures (JOBPROs), qualification/training programs, and related documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

* Two (2) years of experience in database management and concepts, including working with various computer languages and programs.
* Proficiency in MBPS and Navy Logistics Library (NLL), with expertise in cataloging, requisitioning, and managing technical documents.
* Demonstrated ability to manage classified materials in accordance with SECNAV and MARMC security requirements.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to train personnel and adapt to dynamic, high-stress environments.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering accurate results.
