Project Summary:
This project will standardize and rationalize the radiology and cardiology clinical imaging platforms across the firm's market. These health hospitals have standalone PACS of cardiology and radiology currently, this project will standardize & rationalize these on the IBM Watson health imagining suite of applications (MERGE PACS on the cardiology side & MERGE PACS on the radiology side), will be hosting the archives on the IBM Data Centers. Calling this a hybrid Cloud Implementation. They will be leveraging IBM's cloud to store a portion of the images but will also have On Prem business continuity business hardware that will be deployed in each market, so in the event there's some kind of a failure from hosted environments.
The role is remote with 20-30% travel but the project is focused on CST and EST markets. The ideal candidate will be traveling to go live sites for the firms' hospitals every two months and sometimes every other month just depends on the go live dates which aren't set yet. The ideal candidate will be paid for the travel time as well as expenses with the exception of liquor and seat upgrades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Donor Profiles, Lists, and Strategy: Prepare written donor profiles, philanthropic capacity assessments, and qualified lists to inform cultivation, solicitation, stewardship strategies, and board identification.

Research Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in donor behavior and research methods and tools to ensure that prospect research is current and effective.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated bioinformatics analysis to drive forward projects related to improving immunotherapies for cancer within the Department of Medicine, Division of Oncology, and Section of Computational Biology. The Foltz lab works at the intersection of translational immunology and computational biology. We study mechanisms of response and resistance to natural killer (NK) cell therapies by integrating single-cell sequencing approaches, clinical samples, and experimental biology on primary human immune cells to improve NK cell therapies for cancer.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing sc RNA-seq, CITE-seq, and ATAC-seq data along with knowledge in immunology and proficiency in R and python. It would also be beneficial to have experience in high-performance computing environments, machine learning, git, whole-genome and exome sequencing analysis, and spatial -omics.
