Duties and Responsibilities

Acquisitions Support (Market-Rate & Affordable/LIHTC):
Perform property- and entity-level underwriting for multifamily opportunities, including detailed LIHTC pro formas, sources-and-uses stacking, and layered financing
Build and audit Excel models for both traditional market-rate deals and complex affordable/LIHTC transactions.

Position Summary:
The Asset Management Analyst will provide critical analytical, financial, and administrative support to the Asset Management team overseeing a national portfolio of value-add multifamily properties.
