Contracts Pricing Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contracts Pricing Analyst to join their team! This individual will play a key role in developing, analyzing, and tracking pricing strategies to support a variety of federal government contracts. They will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, developing price and cost proposals, supporting contract administration duties, and providing detailed pricing analysis reports. Responsibilities:
• Create pricing strategies that incorporate labor, parts, and all recurring project costs
• Prepare detailed price and cost proposals based on solicitation and bid package analysis
• Produce and maintain pricing trend reports and analysis
• Support cost-related contract administration duties, such as invoicing, ROMs, and contract modifications
• Assist in accounts receivable collection activities
• Ensure assigned schedules and deadlines are consistently met
• Follow established processes and deliver all assigned products and deliverables
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least 3 years of related experience OR a high school diploma and at least 5 years of related experience
• Experience working with various U.S. Government contract types such as FFP, T&M, FPIF, CPFF, IDIQ, and MATOC
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience developing pricing models and price/cost proposals for both services and commodities
• Background working with federal contract types, including GSA schedules
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Project Finance Analyst
Associate Analyst Job In Oklahoma City, OK
Coates Field Service, Inc. seeks a full-time in-office Project Finance Analyst to provide finance and accounting support to our Project Accounting Group. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and a motivated “can-do” attitude to support our operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Operations to prepare and analyze estimates for potential projects.
Complete budget for assigned projects. Monitor actuals to budget performance tracking.
Ensure assigned projects are correctly set up in the project management and ERP systems.
Ensure project spending authorizations are obtained and communicated. As necessary, create and submit project change orders.
Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts and reporting to clients.
Monitor and report project performance including project spending, burn rates, and ratios.
Maintain project database information, records, and files as required. Ensure completeness and accuracy of project information maintained in the project management and ERP system.
As requested, review and verify employee time and expense reports.
Coordinate information between Operations and Accounting group to ensure accuracy of client data. As needed, research resolution of accounting or documentation issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Must have bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Prefer 3 to 5 years related project finance / accounting experience.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced skills in Excel.
Knowledge of Deltek Vision ERP Software or other project-based systems.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for administering Personal Banking systems and analytics. Aggregates, analyzes, and evaluates data to optimize business processes, procedures, and business decisions. The individual must respond to a dynamic range of business objectives and formulate recommendations to management based on compiled data that enhances decision-making and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Duties include:
Management of Personal Banking systems, including Synapse, PBS2, DATS, EMS, and ongoing user administration.
Coordinates, monitors, and executes production of reports used in Personal Banking Administration. Responsible for researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting various operational data from multiple sources, including productivity and/or quality statistics.
With management direction, creates annual financial budgets and executes monthly reporting.
Creates and maintains databases, develops and performs queries both independently and at the direction of management.
May assist ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts and manage small projects and/or small segments of larger projects.
May recommend policies, procedures, and training to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics and possess a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
3+ years of experience in an analytical setting
