Primary Function: The Research Analyst is responsible for applying for and maintaining regulatory reporting for State Authorization, National Student Clearinghouse and Veteran Schedule/Catalog. To maintain compliance in these fields the individual will be required to researching, interpreting, and adhering to each regulatory reporting requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews, applies for, and maintains state authorization
Submits regulatory reporting in assigned timelines
Maintains and updates all communications tools and depository folders with regulatory reporting, applications, supporting documentation, research, future pending actions, quality assurance findings, etc.
Maintains student records in NSC after researching and resolving identified discrepancies
Monitors and conducts research to stay current with rules, regulations, definitions, policies and procedures
Works with stakeholders on the phone, in person, by mail and by email to ensure timely response to questions
Supports preparation activities for the Commencement Ceremony
Marginal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of technical experience, Analytical / research background preferred.
Ability to navigate source research sites such as: NSC, NSLDS, State Higher Education Executive Officers Association, State Portal Agencies, and National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
Demonstrated ability to interpret analytic output and provide strategic recommendations.
Ability to read and interpret regulations.
Experience with CRM, Campus Solutions preferred.
Excellent customer service orientation with strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Strong problem solving skills, and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills..
Tact and strong verbal communication skills needed to facilitate resolve problems.
Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Explorer).
Working Conditions:
Works with critical deadlines, i.e., often under stress.
Works in typical office setting.

As a Sr Revenue Analyst (revenue accounting) in Omaha, Nebraska you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry! Perform revenue related analyses such as contract reviews, variance analysis and SSP analysis to evaluate and monitor revenue recognition. Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue reconciliations and management reporting. Responsibilities:
* Review customer contracts to determine revenue recognition conclusions in accordance with US GAAP.
* Review SSP (fair value) compliance and prepare related analyses.
* Interact with the company's sales, legal, and business units within assigned channels or regions to support revenue recognition related questions or guidance.
* Participate in close related functions such as contract reviews, variance analysis.
* Prepare and analyze revenue related reports.

* Participate in cross-functional projects as subject matter expert to support business, regulatory, and other operational changes.

* Assist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits.
* Assist with other revenue related projects/areas as necessary.
* Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines.
* Ability to recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present information to managers, peers, and internal customers.
* Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
* Solid PC skills with excellent Excel skills.
* Strong work ethic. Ability to work extended hours and weekends when warranted (primarily at quarter-end).
