A successful candidate for this role should be able to familiarize themselves with client's portfolio management platform and provide clients and prospects with the information needed to successfully utilize client's portfolio management platform. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling them to explain to clients how features in the platform are used and how different data points are designed. The candidate should be detail-oriented, can multi-task, and should quickly grasp new financial concepts presented to them. Proficiency with Excel is a must. The individual in this role could potentially build out dynamic Excel sheets using client's Excel plugin. The individual in this role could potentially build custom metrics for clients using Python.
