For this role, the Skorburg Company is currently seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, detail-oriented, tenacious and able individual who wants to align themselves with a leading development company. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree, and any experience as a leasing agent, realtor, property manager, or strategic marketing background would be a plus.
Responsibilities assigned to this role shall include, but may not be limited to, the following:
· Maintain up-to-date market information in an organized and accessible format to best assist the land acquisition team. This tasks includes updating bar charts, dot graphs (home pricing data), and helping to present market studies to members of Skorburg Company's homebuilding affiliate (Windsor Homes).
