Responsibilities: Implement and maintain clients using PMMC Contract PPRO, Estimator PRO, and Contract PRO for recovery services and consulting projects. Begin utilizing, writing, and maintaining the department's Transact SQL library. Monitor daily client imports through the Auto Import process for outsourced clients, addressing and resolving data-related issues and errors. Assist internal and external IT staff in establishing and troubleshooting issues with data transfer processes. Utilize healthcare ANSI standard formatted data feeds for PMMC imports. Identify, report, and document software defects in PMMC products, offering suggested solutions. Familiarize with PMMC Contract PRO and Estimator PRO products for consulting and simulation projects, including understanding data spec requirements. Utilize scripting and programming languages for efficient day-to-day tasks and providing data solutions to clients. Understand project management basics as they relate to PMMC products, adhering to standards and timelines for delivery. Manage Auto Import functions setup and error resolution processes. Handle Financial Exports steps and processes, maintaining standard and non-standard financial exports. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, finance/accounting, computer science, or information technology. 1-5 years of experience in data analysis, testing, interfacing, systems analysis, project implementations, hospital managed care, and government reimbursement analysis, or financial analysis in a hospital setting. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for documenting work, issues, and client communication. Understanding of Contract Management and implementation steps from a data perspective. Proficiency in data import/export process, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle model relating to hospital charges, claims, and workflow. Ability to write and interpret basic Transact SQL. Experience with healthcare EDI claims or 837 files and remits or 835 files (ANSI standard formats). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and Access. Excellent analytical and technical skills for research and issue resolution. Experience with scripting and/or general programming. Basic to intermediate TSQL knowledge.
