Summary of Responsibilities
The fulfillment associate is responsible for sorting, organizing and executing the packaging of all webstore, corporate and team orders. This includes, but is not limited to, sorting, folding, bagging, tagging, labeling and preparing for shipment. This position will also perform receiving functions as needed.
Essential Duties
The fulfillment associate plays a vital role in the ongoing functions of the Company. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:
Sorting, organizing and packaging orders per instructions
Operates folding & bagging equipment
Creates & prints UPC labels
Responsible for notifying production and/or sales representative if product is missing or misprinted
Directs completed packages to shipping and assists with shipping when necessary
Directs interns/staff to assist with packaging all webstore, corporate and team orders
Maintains a neat and organized fulfillment area
Orders any necessary supplies that need to be ordered
Other Duties
The fulfillment associate has additional ongoing functional responsibilities, including:
Assists in production by filling in for quality control position as needed
Assists in warehouse as needed
Assists in the receiving and counting of products into the warehouse as needed

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements
Based on the technical and professional responsibilities of the position, the fulfillment associate is required to have:
A high school diploma
Prior experience in a similar position preferred
Physical and Environmental
The fulfillment associate will be in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Physical requirements include:
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
