The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private practice tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt organizations. Experience in handling civil tax controversy matters and Tax Court trial experience is a plus. Although not required, an LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.
