Overview: Ouray County is soliciting applications for the position of Deputy County Attorney. Provides legal services, advice, and representation to the Department of Human Services (DHS); advises DHS staff on legal aspects of casework and assists staff in preparing for litigation. At-will employee; serves at the will and pleasure of the County Attorney. * Presents cases before all relevant courts and administrative bodies.
