From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in General Liability, your role will involve: Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients. Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court. Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed. Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity. Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions. Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
