We require our attorneys to make themselves available to our clients. We have a flexible in-office work schedule, but expect all current client calls to be returned by the end of business each day. We have a client experience manager that will help facilitate answers to quick questions, but there will be some after-hours client communication and case preparation that is unavoidable in the role.
