Trial experience and experience prosecuting and defending claims for both personal injury protection (PIP) benefits and Property Insurance preferred. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
- At least one (1) year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation is preferred but we are interested in seeing resumes from recent graduates;
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- Licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus, but not required;
- Experience drafting and responding to motions;
- Experience working with clients;
- Substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence;
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus;
