What You'll Do
You'll hit the ground running with a caseload of divorce, custody, modifications, guardianships, and support cases.
You'll lead cases from start to finish, with full paralegal and administrative support, custom automations in Clio and Lawmatics, and workflows designed to maximize impact, not burnout. Gone are the days of drafting your own fee agreements and chasing down initial retainers. You will have a full staff of non-attorney salespeople trained to convert leads to clients
