We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in trust and estate planning and administration. Transactional real estate experience is a plus. This role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a small but focused Trust & Estate team . *Duties* * Drafting of estate planning documents, petitions and supporting documents for probate and administration proceedings, and ability to take direction regarding same. * Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation. * In person appearances in Surrogate's Court.
