Familiarity with eCourts, NYSCEF, and WebSurrogate. * Monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely completion of all necessary tasks. *Experience* * Admitted to practice law in New York state. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience with trust and estate planning and administration, including experience with the New York State Surrogate's Courts. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. * Demonstrated record as a self-starter with an engaging personality. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
