In addition, this role includes leadership and oversight of approximately 8-10 team members within the Call Center, Intake, and Investigations departments.

*Key Responsibilities*
*Initial Case Evaluation & Client Screening*
* Conduct detailed initial consultations with potential clients by phone or in person.

*Department Oversight & Leadership*
