This is a confidential search conducted on behalf of the firm. The firm specializes in shareholder derivative litigation and corporate fiduciary matters in both federal and state courts across the country. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation matters from investigation through resolution. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, pleadings, and motions. Participate in strategic case planning, discovery, and client interaction. Operate independently on assigned matters while collaborating closely with a small, experienced team. Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. Litigation experience with a preference for those focused on commercial or securities litigation. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collegial, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated interest or experience in securities law and corporate fiduciary duties. Familiarity with financial markets, accounting standards, and finance theory. Prior experience at a plaintiffs' securities firm, Big Law, or in complex litigation is highly desirable.
