You will Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment. Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws - if delivery is added as an essential job function. What we're looking for High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations) Must be 21 years of age or older Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
