Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and perform analytical testing to support products and processes from R&D, product scale-up, and manufacturing.

Take full ownership of instrumentation, ensuring calibration records, preventive maintenance schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently maintained and up to date.

Qualifications:

The firm works on insolvency-related matters for debtors, committees, and creditors, including banks and other financial institutions, individual lenders, syndicated lending groups, institutional investors, vendors, and landlords. Their clients include hedge funds, private equity funds, acquirers of assets from financially distressed companies, real estate and equipment lessors, special servicers, equity holders, and franchisees.
Their ideal candidate has at least two years of experience working as an attorney in a bankruptcy, insolvency, or reorganizations practice. The candidate will have experience assisting in the representation of debtors, creditors and official and unofficial committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring matters; drafting and reviewing court filings, conducting research and drafting related correspondence, memoranda, and briefs; attending to all matters related to discovery in contested matters and adversary proceedings; and participating at trial, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits.
