G/FORE is seeking a Men's AssociateDesigner to join our Design Team in Raleigh! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team leading the golf and activewear industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create technical sketches with accurate construction callouts
Assist with initial tech pack setup and ongoing maintenance
Develop print pitch sheets with color and technique specifications
Support special projects and assignments as needed
Collaborate with Design Management to create boards, color cards, and decks
Provide organizational support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
Review lab dips and submissions for accuracy
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Attend fittings and partner with the technical team on garment adjustments

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or Digital Art
2+ years of experience in a related field or strong internship experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
