Here's what you’ll do:

Support the Project Architect in developing cost estimates for the interior design portion of a project.
Review interior related shop drawings.
Coordinate the completion of the interior design portion of a project as required.
Interact with vendor representatives and maintain the materials library.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Bachelor’s in Interior Design from an accredited university.
3-5 years of relevant experience required.
NCIDQ Certification and LEED GA or AP preferred.
Experience in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape and/or similar rendering software.
Experience in working on commercial and institutional projects preferred.

NCIDQ certified or architectural registration required
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
Vast portfolio of completed projects, including $20-40M projects completed through all project phases with minimal guidance
Preferred:
