The Marketing and Creative Design Specialist plays a key role in enhancing brand awareness and strengthening the external professional image of Omega Construction through impactful graphic design and community engagement. This position will also cross-train with the Marketing Coordinator and other members of the Marketing Team to support proposals, social media management, and additional marketing initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations to reflect the company's brand and messaging.

Create graphic design materials for internal and external communications, including organizational charts, info graphics, company newsletters, proposals, etc.

Support business development through planning and execution of community outreach strategies aligned with company objectives.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of templates for project pursuits and reporting including resumes and project data sheets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Previous work experience with CRM software (SAP/Salesforce, Oracle, Cosential, etc.) is a plus.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Gallery Designer to support the execution of retail gallery installations for a new collection across customer stores. Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive drawing, equipment, fixture and standards libraries.

Requirements
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology
3-5 years of related experience preferred but not required.
AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Architecture, Design and construction documents.
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office Collaboration Apps
Familiarity with Adobe, BlueBeam and Sketch-Up, Smartsheet - ideal but not required.
CSSP (Certified Supermarket Store Planner) - ideal but not required.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Job Description
In this volunteer position you will be asked to create landscapes and building interiors for The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order (LoA:SO), based off concepts and layouts, in the Unreal Engine. We are still building a long list of assets; we expect our Level Designers to be resourceful with the assets they use. We also expect you to use various Houdini Tools that we've built, so Houdini is recommended, but not required. Blueprint Scripting and Quixel Megascans experience is also recommended.
Communication is key to a smooth and efficient pipeline. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other team-members. Don't be afraid to ask questions. We are an English-speaking team, so English fluency is a must. All of this is especially important for Level Designers as we expect them to communicate with 3D Artists letting them know assets that are still needed.
If you are comfortable with teaching, you may be called upon to aid the more junior members of the team in any relevant area.
Other duties include following team policies (given through team orientation as upon acceptance to the team) as well as attending meetings through Slack (our instant message program that we use to communicate).
