Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of experience; preferably working in professional sports and/or entertainment. Highest level of integrity. Strong portfolio showcasing leading design projects from ideation to execution, particularly in uniform or apparel design. Expertise in textiles, materials, and garment construction, with an understanding of manufacturing processes. Creative thinker with a passion for design and with exceptional level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
