Gupta Media is seeking an Associate Designer within our creative group. Other requirements:

• A degree in Design or related field along with relevant internship or experience within an agency.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud with bonus points for skills in motion graphics using Adobe Animate and After Effects.

Responsible for the design and creative development of WFM marketing materials. Leads creative development for graphic Team Members at the national, regional, and store level. Develops graphic design production and distributes communication pieces for organization-wide use. Advises diverse teams and locations about creative strategy, technology, methods, and standards. Ensures effective and consistent graphic design and production for internal and external communication materials.
Associate Designer, Packaging

We're searching for an Associate Packaging Designer to join our Amazon Fresh creative team. As an Associate Designer, Packaging, you will report to the Creative Director, Package Design and play a key role in creating print-ready mechanical files.

This role is based in Austin TX, within the Whole Foods Market corporate offices. We are a people-first company and big egos don't work out here. We thrive on collaboration and have a laid-back, hard-working culture that thrives on having self-responsibility and earning trust.

Responsibilities
Build packaging mechanicals for food, supplements and other consumer goods from exclusive brands using approved design concepts, brand guidelines and direction from Senior Designers and Designer.Accurately complete extensive mechanical revisions to design files for product packaging.Prepare printer-ready art files for prepress house and/or printer and communicate release of files to appropriate parties.Ensure design assets and support art files are properly archived upon project completion.

Skills
A portfolio demonstrating a thorough understanding of layout, typography, and color Excellent attention to detail and a drive to create clean, accurate, and high-quality filesA team player willing to jump into any phase of the packaging design process or assist other team members as needed Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Associate Designer, Layout

Job Description:

Candidate will perform custom mask layout design of high performance radio frequency and/or high voltage analog/mixed signal integrated circuits based on provided schematics. The IC layout will include floor-planning, consideration for reducing device parasitics and noise and providing appropriate power routing. Layout from the cell level to full chip assembly will be required. Post layout verification using integrated tools will be completed, including parasitic extraction and IC Designer review. Will be an active member of an aggressive multi-discipline product development organization.

IC Layout Designers will be individual contributors responsible for layout and scheduling of major blocks and/or individual cells.

Required Skills:

* 0-5 years IC layout experience, AS Degree in related area preferred
* Cadence Virtuoso Custom IC design tool experience including VXL
* Physical verification using Cadence Assura/Mentor Calibre including parasitic extraction
* Cadence Skill programming experience a plus
* Good communication skills
