This role is more executional, with a strong emphasis on print graphic design and print production, along with motion graphics support. Key Responsibilities: * Function as a primary P&ID liaison to the design and construction staff, communicating status, issues, remedies, and establishing design parameters based on project requirements * Establish standard design and construction practices for P&ID projects in order to share the information across relevant project teams to help promote efficiency and consistency in project deliverables * Develop project templates, maintain content, manage database creation, and perform project audits * Implement P&ID and company strategic innovation techniques on projects by integrating all phases of project delivery * Work with project teams to prepare, execute, and finalize project deliverables (P&ID drawings, specifications, lists, BOMs, etc.) * Assist with project planning and resource coordination * Manage the P&ID coordination process for all project stakeholders * Maintain a healthy P&ID infrastructure (i.e. P&ID SQL database, supporting project files) * Promote the advancement of VDC/P&ID initiatives, help develop/coordinate training strategies and mentor colleagues in all offices * Work closely with regional and corporate leadership on P&ID strategies and standardization * Research and stay informed on VDC/P&ID-related software and technologies * Provide support to end users both in your region and other regions as needed (Helpdesk) Qualifications Preferred Qualifications * Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent * Minimum five years of experience in an A/E design firm setting or construction industry equivalency * Advanced Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D and the functions of AutoCAD platforms is required Additional Qualifications * Experience with Revit is preferred * Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 suite, Assemble) is preferred * Experience with content development is preferred * Experience with SQL and/or SQLite databases preferred * programing skills are a plus * Industry VDC certification (Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM, etc.) is preferred * Understanding of contractual delivery methods for design and construction projects * Understanding of industry standard VDC documentation (BEP, BIMForum, etc.) * Proficient in Microsoft Office #LI-JV1 #LI-HYBRID Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Assists senior designers with the development of design solutions Researches and selects colors/finishes/materials, performs site surveys, and maintains resource materials. Works under the direction of mid to senior-level interior designers. Researches interior products. Applies established interior design standards. Assists senior-level designers in the development of design solutions for review. Performs routine checking and/ or verification tasks. Researches and selects colors/finishes/ materials. Supports business development activities through assistance with aids such as finish boards or PowerPoint presentations. Performs site survey and documentation. Maintains resource materials Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of Interior Architecture or Interior Design with AIA or NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred. 1-2 internships of relevant corporate interiors project experience is desired. A creative design portfolio is required. Qualifications: The proper candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, teamwork, presentation and organizational skills. Maintains cooperative working relationships, internally and externally, and possesses entrepreneurial spirit and has forward thinking attitude. Proficiency in Revit software required.
