Responsibilities: Generate new business in both residential and commercial markets for Landscape Construction. Focus on new client acquisition (75% Hunting) and new calls into our office (25%). Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, developes. Prepares preliminary design, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates Provide unique, high quality designs that meet or exceed client's needs. Generate fair, thorough and accurate design proposals with focus on budgets. Communicate the design and installation processes to clients to help ensure realistic expectations, help them make better decisions and to recognize the importance the design expertise Introduce clients to other CLI services and recommend services/products that help ensure the vision of the design and that the client's evolving needs are met. Introduce maintenance and enhancements staff to clients as appropriate. Follow up with clients before, during and after installation takes place Produce realistic estimates, create and oversee adherence to budgets to bring jobs in at desired profit rates. Follow up with clients to complete or negotiate punch lists to bolster collection timing. Prospect and develop business from networking and referrals from current clients.
