    About the Role We are seeking a Technical Apparel Designer to join our in-house product creation team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating consumer insights and performance requirements into purposeful, high-performing designs that embody SITKA's value proposition and aesthetic vision. You will inspire, ideate, and create leveraging innovative design methods, advanced materials, and creative problem-solving to deliver compelling, best-in-class apparel solutions across SITKA's hunt and fish categories. Your work will help define how our consumers experience the pursuit, bringing functional performance to every environment and condition. This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Relocation assistance may be available for this position.
