The resort integrates resort-owned vacation rental homes, large-scale water features, and extensive recreational infrastructure. The eight-acre Evermore Bay lagoon includes advanced water treatment, circulation, and safety systems that require continuous monitoring. Two championship golf courses, numerous pools, water sports facilities, and a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, event spaces, and dining venues, further enhance the offerings. Become part of an energetic team bringing Evermore Orlando Resort to life! Key Responsibilities: • Develop high-quality creative assets for digital (web, email, social, paid ads) and print (brochures, signage, menus, event collateral). • Uphold Evermore's brand identity, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, logos, and messaging across all platforms. • Collaborate with the marketing team in support of trade and 3rd party partners to design campaign assets, seasonal promotions, and sales presentations. • Support development of content across web, social media, and guest communications. • Work with photographers/videographers to curate and edit visual assets (photos, videos, graphics). • Assist in writing and formatting content for guest and partner messaging, including pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay communications. • Design and update signage, wayfinding, and event collateral that enhance the guest experience. • Partner with Operations to ensure guest-facing materials are clear, polished, and reflect the Evermore brand. • Capture and package real-time content opportunities (events, holidays, resort activations) for marketing use. • Organize, manage, and maintain Evermore's library of photos, video, and creative files. • Ensure content is accessible and usable by the broader marketing and sales teams. Education, Skills, and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. • 3-5 years of professional design experience at a creative agency or in-house marketing department (hospitality/travel preferred). • Strong portfolio representing design skills in relation to branding, typography, layout, and composition required. • Proficient in Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).• Understanding of content marketing, visual storytelling, and brand voice. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced resort environment. • Familiarity with digital marketing formats (social ads, email templates, website graphics). • Preferred photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience. Physical Requirements: • Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15 pounds. • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically. • Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time. • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside. • Visually look at a computer for extended periods. • Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
