We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our growing AI and Data practice, with a dedicated focus on the Federal Civilian Agencies (FCA) market within the Communities, Energy & Infrastructure (CEI) segment. Key Responsibilities Include
Client Leadership & Delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to state and local government clients on establishing an AI strategy that encompass both building core AI capabilities, as well as addressing key use cases around organizational priorities (e.g., constituent facing AI-enabled services, mission operations optimiztions, enhanced predictive planning).
Lead engagements from strategy through implementation, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI/ML and data solutions using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure/AWS/GCP.
Solution Development & Innovation
Design and lead AI/ML and analytics solutions using best-in-class tools and platforms.
Translate business challenges into actionable use cases and scalable data and AI products and services.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
Advise and lead the technical design and development of AI/ML and data solutions.
Business Development
Drive growth through capture support, proposal development, and strategic pursuits.
Collaborate with partners and directors to expand Guidehouse's footprint in the state and local government market.
Contribute to thought leadership and represent the firm in industry forums and client discussions.
Practice & Team Leadership
Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams including scientists, engineers, and consultants.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development within the AI & Data practice.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum SEVEN (7) years of experience of hands-on AI development, engineering, and analytics expertise
Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience delivering technical solutions and programs to public sector organizations.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure), and analytics methodologies.
Demonstrated experience supporting the business development lifecycle, such as capture and proposal writing related activities.
Proven track record of leading large-scale AI/ML and data engagements from concept to execution.
Experience with GenAI technologies and trends, with an understanding of how to incorporate into impactful solutions and services.
Demonstrated ability to source and lead the formation and execution of successful partnerships between and across major stakeholders including technology partners and business end-users.
Proven ability to collaborate with audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge and at different levels of an organization, from the C-Suite (CIO, CISO, CDO) to an engineerng and or architectur team.
Ability to influence and motivate a team of data and AI specialists across a variety of functions to establish and deliver capabilities at scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The Vice President of Clinical Performance, under direction of the Chief Medical Officer, is responsible for providing physician clinical leadership to direct and advance enterprise-wide efforts to improve value (clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience, access, cost) of care provided to Somatus patients. Works closely with clinical data analytics and actuarial teams to develop, refine, and deploy clinical performance population health initiatives and interventions for management use across the enterprise.
The VP, Clinical Performance will be a key member of the corporate clinical leadership team. In close partnership with the SVP, Clinical Operations, the VP will be expected to both develop and deploy a systematic approach to total cost of care (TCOC) improvement as part of routine market management as well as targeted, centrally-led strategic improvement efforts with Operations leaders across the enterprise.

Provide physician leadership for all aspects of value-based care performance including (but not limited to): multi-payor total cost of care management, clinical quality outcome management, patient safety, NCQA HEDIS quality performance, etc.
Analyze, interpret and apply healthcare payor claims data around $PMPM, Unit/1000, $$/Unit metrics to systematically explore and identify opportunities to improve total cost of care and clinical quality outcomes.
Serve as a physician clinical subject matter expert and resource for clinical program and training teams.
Experienced clinical understanding of inpatient and outpatient care delivery to be able to assess appropriate utilization and reduce avoidable acute care utilization.
Conducts and/or supports quality improvement and outcomes studies related to clinical quality outcomes, total cost of care management, and management of avoidable acute care utilization.
Engages and interacts with physician leaders across payor and provider partners, seeking to identify and operationalize partner collaboration opportunities to improve outcomes for shared patient populations.

Monitors member satisfaction survey results and works with quality team to augment changes as needed to optimize patient experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To drive revenue and development activities for Bread for the World and Bread for the World Institute through oversight of the $5M direct response program, including direct mail, digital fundraising, and membership services..
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Oversees all aspects of the 50+ project direct response and membership fundraising program including direct mail, telemarketing, membership acquisition and retention, Bread's store, email and web fundraising, SMS fundraising, and peer-to-peer fundraising. This includes strategy development, art and copy production, editorial review, formal approval, implementation, and analysis.
Plays a critical role in digital strategy and e-CRM management, by supervising key staff persons and vendors, and serving on the Digital Strategy Team (DST).
Coordinates activities with other departments, with particular attention to activities involving Communications, Finance, and Information Systems.
Selects, evaluates, negotiates contracts, and oversees relationships with contractors, agencies, and service vendors providing services related to membership, gift processing, and fundraising, including the ongoing relationships with the direct response fundraising agency, call center, and fulfillment vendor.
Administers the department's use of Raiser's Edge, Engaging Networks, payment gateways, and other fundraising technology platforms, ensuring effective integration, data integrity, and optimization of systems.
Works with the VP for Development to develop, monitor, track, and analyze the Development and Membership budgets for Bread for the World and Bread for the World Institute, including developing projections subject to executive review.
Has authority to approve program expenses, subject to established controls and procedures. Drafts contractual proposals for executive review.
Assists in the development and implementation of departmental annual and three-year work plans, individual work plans, and special activities such as the capital campaign.
Partners with Major Gifts, Midlevel, and Planned Giving teams to ensure an integrated fundraising program with consistent messaging and donor engagement throughout the giving pipeline.
Partners with the Vice President to shape and execute the department's strategic vision and goals.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Monitors current trends and topics in direct marketing/e-philanthropy and fundraising.
Participates in organization-wide task forces as appropriate or assigned.
Coordinates the orientation and support of volunteers.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Supervises and evaluates Senior Manager, Digital Fundraising, Monthly Giving Manager, and Membership Project Manager.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree with minimum of ten years of successful development experience with direct mail, marketing, fundraising, and capital campaigns exercising both project and staff supervisory experience.
Ability to develop, monitor and analyze budgets, including assisting with year-end projections of revenues and expenses.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a complex work environment.
Ability to work independently as performance and outcomes are typically subject to broad organizational review 40% and up to 60% are subject to executive review.
Ability to lead teams, build strategic relationships internally and externally which require a broad and deep technical knowledge and a deep understanding of professional principles and standards, a high degree of creativity and foresight and judgment and broad management skills.
