What they do
Their work is split between 70% re-roofing, 20% new construction, and 10% service and they have experience installing every type of commercial roof system; hot or cold, TPO, PVC, BUR, and also metal wall panels and facades.
What you will be doing
Report to and work closely with the President of the company
Oversee daily operations of the entire company across the US including: overseeing project management, scheduling, team building, resource allocation and procurement
Implement product management systems
Manage and monitor finances including; profitability, optimize schedule and labor, procurement, budget development
Manage progress in the field
Ensure safety and quality standards are met both in the field and office
Track operational performance, set KPI's, support training and development and work with recruitment to attract top talent

The Director will play an integral role in managing the financial performance of large, mixed-use, shopping center assets and overseeing all aspects of business plan execution from acquisition through disposition. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5-10 years of previous work experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, or acquisitions; New York City & retail experience preferred
Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities in MS Excel and Argus Enterprise is required
Executive presence; comfortable speaking and presenting to the senior management team and joint venture partners
Strong understanding and track record of overseeing retail property operations and asset management
Experience with leases, CAM pools and tenant billing, design and construction, OEA/REA's, condominiums, loan documents and other legal documents

Ensure each clinic's staff actively communicate with the Cohen Veterans Network Central Office, participate in CVN meetings/events/activities, and contribute to the overall Through leadership, develop and foster a culture of collaboration, peer consultation, and commitment to ongoing education and professional improvement with each Clinic Director and their staff
Conduct outreach activities on behalf of the Cohen Clinics (to include education and awareness campaigns on and off base; routine touchpoints with base and AAFES leadership, relationship-building with community stakeholders, etc.)
Host VIP visitors at Clinics for clinic tours and education sessions
Represent the Clinics by participating in media opportunities and interviews
Interpret and evaluate staff reports; know laws, regulations and codes; observe performance and evaluate staff; problem solve clinic related issues; remember various rules; and explain and interpret policy on a continuous basis
What's required
Active U.S. clinical license in Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy strongly preferred
Master's in Health Administration, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing, Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PhD, PsyD, EdD), or related degree strongly preferred
10+ years' experience in behavioral healthcare
7+ years' leading, managing, and/or supervising in a behavioral health clinical setting

POSITION SUMMARY
The AssociateDirector of Development is a front-line fundraiser position responsible for managing a comprehensive major gift portfolio for UConn Health, focusing on securing major gift support for the John Dempsey Hospital (JDH) and other important UConn Health initiatives. The AssociateDirector will secure major philanthropic investment that strengthens patient care, enhances clinical excellence, advances hospital-based research, and supports critical initiatives across JDH and, when aligned, broader UConn Health priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a prospect portfolio of 125-150 major gift prospects rated at the $100K+ level, with a particular focus on grateful patient and family prospects connected to JDH.
Raise $1M-$3M annually in support of JDH clinical programs, patient experience initiatives, capital priorities, and hospital-based research.
Conduct 50 qualification meetings at the $100K+ level; 10+ solicitations at the $100K level; and 150+ face-to-face, meaningful donor meetings per year.
Develop and execute creative strategies to identify, qualify, engage, and solicit high-capacity JDH prospects, including patients, families, community partners, and regional healthcare supporters.
Prepare compelling funding proposals and customized donor materials aligned with JDH priorities, including clinical program enhancements, capital equipment, patient experience, and system modernization.
Collaborate closely with the UConn Health Development team and Foundation colleagues to align donor strategy with JDH leadership and enterprise priorities.
Conduct all work in compliance with Foundation standards, HIPAA, and UConn Health policies governing patient privacy, rights, and data use.
Create meaningful opportunities for engagement involving hospital leadership, key clinicians, volunteers, and grateful patient ambassadors.
Partner with Foundation Advancement leadership, hospital executives, department chairs, physicians, nurses, and clinical program administrators to develop coordinated moves management plans for prospects.
Contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the Development Division by meeting or exceeding goals in a metrics-driven environment.
Work with the Sr. Associate Vice President, Executive Director and JDH leadership to identify strategic fundraising priorities, developing compelling cases for support that advance hospital needs within the campaign framework.
Work with Prospect Management colleagues to review caseload assignments; track, analyze, and report on progress against goals; complete quarterly reports; and recommend enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, improve communication, and increase donor engagement.
Assist in the identification of new prospects by developing deep connections across JDH clinical teams.
Perform administrative and data-management duties including CRM documentation, engagement plan updates, and adherence to Foundation policies.
Model and uphold the Foundation's core values at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Major, Leadership, and Principal Gift Fundraising
Demonstrate the ability to personally solicit gifts of $100,000 and above, while advancing the number and quality of principal ($5 million and above) and leadership ($1 million and above) gift conversations in partnership with the principal gifts team.
Potential Donor Discovery
Collaborate with the Prospect Management and Research team to increase and grow the major gift pipeline and overall fundraising success of the unit.
Engagement
Collaborate with Advancement Services to steward donors, engage with alumni, and support events specific to your unit.
Leadership
