Primary Responsibilities
Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage third-parties responsible for financial reporting, tax return preparation, legal documents and ad hoc requests. Asset Management Oversight: Review and analyze monthly property management prepared financial statements for accuracy, coordinate property and liability insurance renewals, and participate in annual budget preparation.
Cash Management: Prepare and monitor cash flow projections for individual assets as well as pooled investment vehicles while ensuring adequate liquidity and alignment with investment objectives and distribution targets.
Deal Execution Support: Participate in and support acquisitions and dispositions activities as needed. Coordinate fundings for investment acquisitions and financing activities. Work closely with legal counsel to manage compliance and financial aspects of contracts and legal entity management.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve operational processes leveraging technology.
Minimum Qualifications and Candidate Attributes
7-10 years of progressive experience in real estate operations, finance, or related field with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Due to the innovative changes occurring across the business and the need to provide more cross functional support with this, the PMO has converted to a more centralized function. The demand in production and new product launches means there is a need for a more rapid and cross collaborative way of thinking, and a new approach to the launch and process of the global projects.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
As Director, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute Consortium's business plan.
Oversee new business initiatives in collaboration with Business Development and Client Acquisition teams.
Support and develop Ingram Content Group strategic plan
Client Growth & Acquisition:
Direct business development through new publisher acquisition, providing targeted services, and overseeing contract negotiations and renewals
Advise client publishers on title strategy and industry trends.
Team Management:
Mentor and lead a team of distribution professionals.
Direct publisher onboarding and ensure timely, successful launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize service delivery.
Coordinate with IPS Operations and LS Inventory Solutions on inventory and service offerings.
Financial Oversight:
Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for Consortium.
Monitor contribution margins and ensure financial targets are met.
Marketing & Education:
Guide marketing initiatives, including IPS Marketing services, website updates and client portal enhancements.
Lead publisher education through webinars, one-on-one sessions, and conference presentations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
7 years in book industry or related experience
5 years leadership/management experience
Preferred Skills
Strong strategic planning, business development and leadership skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with negotiation and contract review.
Financial analysis (spreadsheets, P&L statements).
Organization and project management.
Ability to travel up to 15%.

Hiring Salary Range: $145,000 - $162,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

As the Culinary Services Director, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the food and beverage and dining services operations in the community. These responsibilities include oversight of procurement, preparation and service of the food per the designated Menu Program, financial management of the department, supervising and training team members. They also include ensuring safe food handling and sanitation of food areas, inventory and rotation of products, accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures
