Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry. Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred. SME in Quantity Surveying, and RICS certified or equivalent accreditation. Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
