The Energy Programs Customer Engagement Associate will engage directly with end users, contractors, and trade allies to promote and document energy-efficient upgrades across building systems such as lighting, HVAC, motors, and controls within Frontier Energy's Minnesota service area.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone-based outreach, including cold calls, to engage new and existing program participants such as building owners, facility managers, and contractors,.
Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with a portfolio of customers, trade allies, and contractors, to drive ongoing project flow and sustained engagement with Frontier Energy's programs.
Use technical knowledge of building systems (lighting, HVAC, motors, and controls) to support customer pursuit of energy conservation opportunities.
Proactively schedule and perform site visits to pursue customer engagement activities including presentations, meetings, and audit and project support.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping participants understand energy efficiency benefits, navigate program requirements, and maximize available incentives.
Deliver persuasive yet genuine communication that influences participation and drives measurable program impact without relying on scripted sales methods.
Develop and execute strategic engagement campaigns that align with program goals and community needs.
Track and report on participation metrics, outreach effectiveness, and project progress.
Identify participation barriers and collaborate with program leadership to develop effective solutions.
Travel regularly throughout Frontier Energy's Minnesota service area for site visits, meetings, and outreach events.
Support additional activities related to energy conservation, analysis, reporting, and customer service as needed.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in outreach, customer engagement, energy efficiency, HVAC, or related technical or field-based roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to initiate conversations (cold calling) and convert interest into lasting relationships that generate short-term engagement and long-term participation.
Demonstrated skill in influencing stakeholders-contractors, customers, and community partners-through credibility and authenticity rather than pressure tactics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel , PowerPoint , and Outlook .
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency measures, including HVAC, lighting, motors, and controls.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

THE ROLE
We are looking to strengthen our M&A team in Minneapolis with an Associate.
This is a unique and dynamic opportunity in a multi-faceted, growing business. The Associate will be responsible for providing transaction-focused financial analysis, modeling, and diligence support across M&A client engagements. This position will also serve as a consultant and liaison to clients on deal-related system, data, and reporting initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead data collection, organization, and financial profiling for M&A and diligence engagements
Manage Analyst resources on execution teams
Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including QoE, EBITDA, and working capital analysis
Lead work product timeline execution (monitoring, tracking, delivery)
Support the implementation of deal-related financial and reporting processes with clients
Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights into transaction risks and value drivers
Lead preparation and delivery of client presentations regarding diligence findings, performance, and recommendations
Assist on transaction models, internal acquisitions, and deal execution support

We are currently seeking Temporary RFID Taggers to support a special, project-based initiative in partnership with the St. Paul Public Library. Under the general direction of the Project Manager, RFID Taggers will be responsible for tagging library materials and scanning items accurately as part of a system-wide conversion project.
Location: On-site and in partnership with Saint Paul Public Library
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Duration: Approximately 10 weeks
Project Dates: March 25, 2026 - approximately June 30, 2026 (or until project completion)
This is a temporary, project-based role that will conclude once the project is completed.
Work Schedule
Flexible scheduling within project needs.
Shifts are 8 hours per day.
Work hours fall between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Minimum availability of 40 hours per week.
Paid on the 10th and 26th of the month.
Key Responsibilities
Affixing RFID tags to library books and materials.
Scanning barcoded items using a barcode scanner.
Using a computer, keyboard, and mouse to support tagging activities.
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Tracking stopping and starting points in the tagging process.
Communicating progress, issues, and handoff points verbally and/or in writing to the Project Manager.
Following all instructions and project procedures as directed.
Requirements
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project schedules.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week for the duration of the project.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Comfortable using basic technology (barcode scanners and computers).
Previous experience with RFID tagging or similar projects preferred but not required.

* Graduate degree in Theology from approved theological seminary/university, or completion of training in mentored religious tradition as defined by that religious tradition

Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
