JOB PURPOSE Provides individual, group therapy as well as psycho-educational groups to underserved populations. Clinicians provide evidence-based services as part of multi-disciplinary team that includes the PCP, psychiatrists, case managers, medical assistants, the behavioral health director, and other health and social service providers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide individual, group therapy as well as psycho-educational groups * Performs behavioral health assessments, treatment planning * Documents all services * Performs peer chart auditing * Works with department operations to achieve goals * Assists clients with referrals to community-based programs * Provide culturally informed and competent services to underserved communities * Employee will attend Clinical Supervision with a qualified Opsam Clinical Supervisor for a total of 2 units of supervision. This can be gained through 1-on-1 supervision, Triatic Supervision, Group Supervision or a combination of types. Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance * Maintain the privacy of all clients, employee, and volunteer information and access such information only on a need-to-know basis for business purposes. * Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations. Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activity. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * California BBS registered AMFT, ASW, APCC * Bilingual preferred * Must have a high level of organizational skills. * Highly effective oral and written communication skills. * Relate to and work well with people of all ages, social and ethnic backgrounds and maintain client confidentiality. * Work independently and as a part of a team to inspire confidence and trust in clients and staff. * Understand the client needs as consumers of health care and focus services around those needs. * Complete many different duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. * Must be able to work under stress when confronted with critical or unusual situations. * Demonstrates ability to exercise analytic ability. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Move throughout the clinic and community. * Repetitive hand movement use and view PC. Use fax, telephone, and copier. * Sits or stands for long periods of time, reaches, bends, climbs, stoops, and lifts up to 25lb. SALARY RANGE ASW, AMFT, APCC $74,880-$85,200
