An Associate Faculty works at learning institutions where they are in charge of teaching students and managing classes. Although their duties vary upon their employment at school, it usually involves preparing lesson plans and materials, organizing activities and assessments, conducting examinations and quizzes, delivering classroom instructions, and monitoring the students' progress, assisting them as necessary.
