Key Responsibilities:
Hours: 8 hrs. per day || 40 hrs. in a week
Credit Check: Due to the fiduciary accountabilities within this job, a valid credit check and/or background check will be required as part of the selection process
Start date is flexible.
Looking for contingent worker to work 12 PM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Training will be in office but will only be required to come in 2 days per week either Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday after training is completed.
Provides prompt efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers.
Follows up with appropriate internal administrative areas for completeness and accuracy of the end policy/account product.
Reviews, underwrites, and processes applications for client contracts, client withdrawals, and life withdrawals in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls.
Requests additional information when necessary.
Communicates with customers, other departments, regional and/or field offices and other industry companies through oral and written communications.
Maintains appropriate records.
Provides quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses.
Researches and corrects errors.
Demonstrates the initiative and flexibility to identify situations that require exception processing and seek alternatives from more experienced personnel.
Performs other duties as requested.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Customer Service, technical proficiency I.e MS office and excel, problem Solving
Four years of work experience.
Work experience with undergraduate studies preferred.
Knowledge: General office practices, customer service, and office equipment.
Information systems and insurance/financial services industry practices (i.e. annuities, mutual funds) preferred.
Basic mathematics and problem-solving techniques.
Excel skills preferred.
Ability to prioritize own work within standards.
Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
Decision making skills necessary for customer contacts.

About the Role
The Architectural Representative will serve as the primary liaison between Mitrex/Cladify and architectural firms, designers, contractors, and developers in the USA. The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented professional with a passion for green building technologies, strong networking skills, and experience in the architectural or construction industry. This is a remote position with travel required within the USA, reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
External Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and general contractors to promote Mitrex's BIPV products (e.g., solar facades, glass, and railing systems) and Cladify's cladding solutions (e.g., composite panels, stone, and prefabricated systems).
Strategic Specification/ Sale Execution: Develop and execute targeted specification/ sales strategies for each vertical to generate leads, increase market penetration, and exceed sales targets within your U.S. territory. Tailor your approach to each sector's unique needs and priorities while ensuring alignment with Mitrex's sustainability mission.
Presentations & Product Knowledge: Conduct in-depth product knowledge sessions and presentations tailored to each vertical, focusing on how Mitrex and Cladify products meet the specific needs of universities, airports, and government buildings.
Pipeline Generation: Identify and pursue project opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking at industry events, and leveraging CRM tools. Achieve sales targets by securing product specifications in architectural plans and following through to project completion.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation, from the sales process through delivery and completion of projects in these sectors. Ensure that timelines and client expectations are met efficiently.
Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on trends, technological advancements, and competitive products within the higher education, airport, Medical or REITS buildings. Use this knowledge to communicate Mitrex's value proposition effectively, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for these sectors.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and market analysis to management, identifying key opportunities and areas for improvement across the higher education, airport, and government building sectors.
Representation: Represent Mitrex & Cladify at key industry events, conferences, trade shows, and in-person meetings focused on the higher education, airport, and government sectors to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
USA Vertical Approach
Higher Education/Universities: Establish and nurture relationships with university campuses, facilities management teams, architects, and developers within the higher education sector to showcase Mitrex and Cladify's sustainable building envelope solutions. Highlight the benefits of solar-integrated walls and energy-efficient building materials that align with the sustainability goals of educational institutions.
Airports/Aviation: Build relationships with airport authorities, aviation infrastructure developers, and contractors to promote our products for new airport terminal buildings, renovations, and expansions. Position Mitrex and Cladify as the go-to solution for airports looking to reduce their carbon footprint and implement cutting-edge energy-efficient and renewable energy technologies.
Healthcare / Medical Facilities: Collaborate with healthcare administrators, hospital facility managers, architects, and GC's to integrate our sustainable building envelopes into new medical centers, clinics, and hospital expansions. Emphasize the critical need for energy efficiency, durability, and infection-resistant surfaces in healthcare environments, aligning with sector regulations and sustainability goals.
REITs and Residential Rental: Real estate portfolios seeking energy-efficient upgrades across multiple properties, blending retrofit and new construction opportunities. Multi-family rental buildings, especially in urban Tier 1 cities, provide scalable retrofit potential for quick revenue (3-6 months).
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of Specification & Sales experience in the building materials, construction, or sustainable solutions industry, with specific experience in higher education, airports, or government/institutional buildings.
Proven track record of building relationships with design professionals and closing specifications in competitive markets in Chicago.
Strong knowledge of architectural processes, building codes (e.g., IBC, LEED certifications), and green building practices; familiarity with solar or cladding products is a plus.

The MORPC Local Government Summer Internship Program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to obtain practical work experience with a local government within MORPC's 15-county region to prepare them for possible careers in public service. MORPC coordinates the recruitment and placement of students to match each host's request; hosts make the final hiring decision and provide an hourly wage. Interns work for a host for a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week for a 10- to 14-week period, which means there are both part-time and full-time positions available. The summer 2026 internship program will begin on May 12th and will end on August 14th.
Interns gain applicable knowledge to enhance classroom learning by working with current government professionals throughout Central Ohio and acquire insights into the services provided by a regional planning commission. We are looking for Finance & Accounting Interns for the summer of 2026! Each Intern will work in one key area of the finance team below for the duration of the summer. Expectation is that the internship will be hybrid with 2-3 days in office in Marysville, Ohio
(15-20 minutes north of the greater Columbus area)

Possible areas could include:
Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Gain experience within SG&A financial analysis and corporate financial planning. Tasks include updating investor consensus models, cost center reporting, budget/forecast consolidation, peer and competitor benchmarking, and executive management reporting.
Marketing/Brand Finance - Finance partner to Brand Marketing teams. Provide reporting on respective SBU and retailer performance. Analyze product lines/SKUs, build P&Ls for existing portfolios and new product launches.
Supply Chain Finance - Provide financial support for Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement Operations and Inventory Management. Create, update, and analyze financial reports. Collaborate within the supply chain finance team to complete monthly close, special projects and support budget and forecast activities.
Hawthorne Finance - Work with the Hawthorne Finance team to learn about the hydroponics industry from a financial perspective. Tasks include category/item P&Ls, tracking sales performance, forecasting, modeling, month end close responsibilities, ad hoc requests, and collaboration with operators driving the business.
Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting - Update policy, gather support, and organize/refine the workbooks that the reporting team uses to compose public documents. Interns in the executive financial reporting unit assist with the preparation and filing of all SEC Documents.
Internal Audit - Assist the Internal Audit Team in planning, performing, and reporting on financial (SOX) and operational audits. Interns benefit from exposure to all levels of company management, the daily operations of the company, and to our external auditors.
Investor Relations / Strategy - (MBA Student) - Assist with summarizing analysts reports, preparing for earnings calls, attending investor meetings and collecting data on the market and other trends on the IR. Oistenin to external earnings calls then summarizing them for executive and senior leaders, assisting general managers with industry assessments, competitive intelligence gathering and adhoc strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of quantitative analytical skills, creativity and business acumen. In addition, he/she will have demonstrated initiative, time management skills, flexibility and the ability to interact effectively with multiple business partners & functions.

* Accurately and efficiently performs registration using thorough interviewing techniques, registering patients in appropriate status, and following registration guidelines.
* Starts the overall patient's experience and billing process for outpatient and inpatient services by collecting, documenting, and scanning all required demographic and financial information.
* Responsible for obtaining and verifying accurate insurance information, benefit validation and authorizations.
* Estimates and collects copays, deductibles, and other patient financial obligations.
* Manages all responsibilities within hospital and department compliance guidelines and in accordance with Meaningful Use requirements.
* Applies recurring visit processing according to protocol.

Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred:
* One-year experience in insurance verification and authorization using Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), an EMR system, Electronic Eligibility System and various websites for third party payers for verification
