You will Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
