Associate doctor will perform consults, examinations, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Position does not include sales of any type. Primary chiropractic techniques utilized are Thompson Drop, Diversified and Activator.
We currently have two separate offices located in Riverside County, California and would like to add a new Chiropractic Associate to our Menifee office. Our office has been located in Menifee for 32 years. Menifee is a fast growing community which offers affordable housing and quality schools for anyone choosing to relocate.

General Summary
The Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

Customer Service:

Store Operations

Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
Assist with merchandise resets through the store.
Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
Operate forklift with proper training.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity
The Part-Time Associate reports to the Store Manager and performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to receiving inventory, stocking and maintaining a store section, operating a cash register, carry-out services and store cleaning.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Relationship Associate with experience in managing accounts, analyzing data, building relationships, and working as part of a team to meet branch goals. You will be part of a small, local team responsible for providing financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. You will be involved in driving a positive customer experience and identifying organic growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have two years in customer-facing roles, one year in sales or sales support, and a keen eye for attention to detail.

What You'll Do
Weekly Programming & Teaching
Assist in the planning and leadership of Sunday morning and Wednesday night Fortified services, including worship, teaching, games, and small group interaction.
Help prepare, adapt, and deliver biblically grounded, age-appropriate lessons using approved curriculum.
Incorporate creative teaching methods and interactive elements to make services fun, engaging, and impactful.
Teach large group sessions when requested.
Volunteer Development & Support
Help recruit, train, encourage, and coordinate volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to serve effectively.
Provide clear communication, encouragement, and ongoing support to build a strong volunteer team.
Model servant leadership and foster a positive, relational culture among volunteers.
Student & Family Connection
Build intentional relationships with students and their families, fostering spiritual growth and community connection.
Partner with parents by providing encouragement, resources, and opportunities for family discipleship.
Events & Special Programs
Assist in the planning and execution of Fortified events such as service projects, seasonal celebrations, summer events, and camp.
Support large church-wide events like Family Fun Fest and VBS, ensuring Fortified's presence and participation.
Administration & Ministry Support
Maintain safe, clean, organized, and welcoming ministry environments.
Assist with ministry communication, registration, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Cooperate with the Fortified Director and NextGen leadership by performing additional duties as assigned.
Ensure that all NextGen ministry policies and values are upheld.
