An IT Training Specialist is needed to serve in the capacity of an educator in which s/he will perform a range of educational support roles for newly implemented technology and applications including end user training, new employee training, post implementation optimization and stabilization training, remediation training and instructional design and development of a collection of educational settings such as computer lab learning, eLearning, webinars, classroom, large conference rooms, etc. The Training Specialist will also be responsible for small project management initiatives and investigation intermittent technical problems.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Degree in a related field required.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of proven IT training experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Competency in both Ambulatory and Inpatient Cerner clinical bundle of applications
• Proficiency in of Microsoft Office suite of applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Visio
• Experience training business applications such as ServiceNow, Kronos, Lawson, etc. a plus
• Ability to understand business and clinical application workflows
• Experience writing eLearning scripts a plus
• Hands-on experience developing a range of training materials including but not limited to participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, short video tutorials
• Experience utilizing SnagIt
• Experience working in large and dynamic project environment preferred
• Proven track record of excellence as a professional
Accountabilities:
• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
• Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
• Create “self paced” learning avenues using video, audio and other computer based learning tools.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Develop specific classroom style training programs for new applications and hardware.
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Evaluate training materials prepared by departmental instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, or endusers.
• Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees on InformationTechnology applications.
• Keep up with technology developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles.

Remote associate information technology analyst job
The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a Senior Analyst of Revenue and Ad Technology to bridge the gap between product development, sales operations, external platform and supply partners to ensure ad delivery and optimize revenue performance across our streaming and digital advertising platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Analyze ad delivery performance, identify yield optimization opportunities, and implement operational improvements.
Design, document, and automate operational workflows for campaign setup, troubleshooting, and optimization, delivering efficiency gains across the team.
Drive initiatives that reduce campaign and ad delivery issues, shortening time-to-resolution.
Optimize inventory performance by increasing yield ad improving fill rates.
Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution.
Provide actionable insights on partner performance, inventory utilization, and revenue trends to leadership.
Utilize deep operational knowledge of FreeWheel, GAM, and programmatic platforms to maximize efficiency.
Strengthen cross-functional team collaboration and communication, ensuring smooth execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Generally, 5+ years experience with in ad operations or revenue operations, preferably in streaming/CTV
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Advanced knowledge of ad serving platforms (FreeWheel strongly preferred)
Experience with complex inventory structures and programmatic advertising
Strong data analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical delivery issues
Understanding of the complete ad delivery pipeline from trafficking to reporting
Ability to problem solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
Process improvement capabilities (automation focus)
Executive presentation skills for leadership reporting
Ability to present technical communications
Possess a process automation mindset and implementation
Workflow optimization and efficiency improvement

The IT Migration Technician will support enterprise Microsoft Office migration. This role will focus on coordinating with end users, connecting to workstations remotely, removing legacy Office installations, and installing Microsoft Enterprise Apps. Strong communication skills and prior migration experience are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule migration appointments directly with end users.
Remotely connect to user workstations to perform Office suite upgrades.
Uninstall legacy Microsoft Office versions and install Microsoft Enterprise Apps.
Install Visio where applicable based on user licensing.
Coordinate workstation upgrades with mailbox migration schedules (mailbox migrations handled by client).
Troubleshoot basic installation and compatibility issues during the migration process.
Document completed migrations and report status to the client team.
Maintain clear, professional communication with users throughout the process.
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office migrations or similar desktop application upgrades.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Enterprise Apps installations.
Ability to remotely access and support Windows workstations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a high volume of migrations.

The Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) Lead role at Asana is responsible for supporting the AsanaGov business by building, enabling, and scaling a high-impact partner motion across federal systems integrators and our distributor ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end FSI recruitment, onboarding, and enablement, and forges strong go-to-market execution with CarahSoft and channel teams to accelerate public sector growth. We partner with functional leadership to stand up a net-new public sector partner motion that grows our business, organizational effectiveness, and efficiencies.
We're looking for an FSI Lead to own the cradle-to-grave lifecycle of our federal SI ecosystem. This leader will identify, recruit, and enable priority FSIs, ensure operational excellence across partner processes and tools, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into results. They are comfortable working with executive stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves on hands-on enablement. They identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and establish repeatable partner management processes that scale our business.
This role is based in the Washington, D.C. area with an emphasis on looking for someone to stay close to the FSI community. Most major FSIs and niche SIs are based in D.C./Virginia, and proximity is critical to relationship-building and execution.
What You'll Achieve:
Establish Asana's FSI partner motion for public sector, supporting AsanaGov across recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
Build and own relationships with priority federal SIs; target, engage, and progress large, named FSIs (e.g., GDIT, Booz Allen, Raytheon) into productive partners.
Drive a cohesive sell-through model between FSIs, Carahsoft (our distributor), and Asana channel CPMs; align operating rhythms, workflows, and performance tracking.
Create and run scalable partner enablement: deliver training, stand up “better together” materials, guide partner portal access, and establish repeatable playbooks.
Collaborate with AsanaGov leaders and Product to align partner motions with roadmap, integrations, and field enablement needs.
Proactively surface misalignment and risks across partners and internal teams; gain consensus on actions and track to resolution.
Define year-one MBOs; establish KPIs, reporting cadences, and mechanisms to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact.
Contribute to job description, interview panel alignment, and process to rapidly staff and operationalize the motion.
About you:
Based in the Washington, D.C. area (required) to engage closely with the federal SI ecosystem.
Deep understanding of the federal/public sector landscape and FSI ecosystem; security clearance preferred but not required if you know the market and stakeholders.
Hands-on operator who “checks ego at the door”; equally comfortable engaging C-levels and executing tactical enablement (e.g., portal access walkthroughs).
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners; proven ability to take a net-new partner motion from concept to repeatable execution.
Familiarity working with distributors; experience collaborating with CarahSoft or similar is a strong plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Channel, and Public Sector leaders; ability to align partner priorities with roadmap and go-to-market.
Process- and outcomes-oriented; sets clear roles and responsibilities, drives accountability, and implements scalable partner management workflows.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

You have achieved a Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on cybersecurity or system security experience in order to understand system interdependencies, identifying risks, and implementing practical, compliant security controls.
Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability remediation, log analysis and risk assessment in order to monitor, analyze, prioritize, and resolve vulnerabilities to maintain system authority to operate (ATO) and ensure mission continuity.
Experience in patch management and verification to ensure systems remain protected against known threats and compliant with USGS's enterprise patching schedule.
Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (i.e., STIG) to support system hardening, compliance tracking, and audit preparedness throughout the system lifecycle.
Clear communication and cross team coordination as you must be comfortable working across distributed teams, communicating clearly with system owners, engineers, and federal stakeholders to explain risks, outline remediation steps, and coordinate implementation.
