General Summary

To your excitement, the Community Manager is coming around the corner with a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week's networking event - then you head back to finish putting up your posters.

Club Run & Jump is seeking a part-time fun Party Host/Fun Floor Attendant to join our team-It is a great place to build an exciting career-a fast-paced, fun environment interacting with customers, ensuring everyone has a run & jump fun time.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
We are a cross-functional team. Everyone will be trained on the front counter, playground safety, concessions, and party host.

Selling memberships and merchandise
Monitoring playground activity and safety
Create a memorable, fun party experience
Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.

Job Summary
The Shipping & Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is helpful to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
Apply core tags correctly and ensure carton labels are straight, legible, and accurate
Perform quality checks prior to packing, including:
Verifying item numbers
Confirming shipment quantities match orders
Inspecting product quality before packing
Ensure cartons are packed in a clean, neat, and professional manner
Verify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipment
Process shipping paperwork and required documentation
Utilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, and internal platforms) to generate labels and track shipments (experience a plus)
Verify receipts and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to completing transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking approximately 60% of the workday
Sitting approximately 30% of the workday
Repetitive lifting, bending, and movement
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Qualifications & Skills
Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to wear required PPE
Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience or familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping software is a plus
