Position Scope:
Planner/Scheduler position is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes. Duties and Responsibilities
Once a valid work request is submitted, the Planner/Scheduler will prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow-up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (DOT, PM and Corrective) work. Their focus is not day to day but is to be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize downtime by managing work 1 week or more in advance. In performance of these duties the planner/scheduler has the following responsibilities:

Job Description: As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate at Naturals2Go+, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations by accurately picking orders for delivery to our customers. You will utilize pick lists and computer software to fulfill orders efficiently and ensure that products are selected and packed accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing product changes in the warehouse and fulfilling coffee orders.
Responsibilities:
● Review pick lists and gather products from designated locations in the warehouse according to order specifications.
● Utilize computer software to track order progress, update inventory levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
● Pack products securely and neatly for delivery to customers, paying attention to special handling instructions and packaging requirements.
● Implement product changes in the warehouse as directed by management, including restocking new items, removing discontinued products, and updating inventory records.
● Fulfill coffee orders by selecting and packaging coffee products according to customer requirements.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including shelving units, storage areas, and packing stations.
● Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
● Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
● Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques, handling hazardous materials, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
● Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or concerns with warehouse management promptly and effectively.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
● Ability to read and interpret pick lists and follow written instructions accurately.
● Proficiency in using computer software for order tracking and inventory management.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime hours as needed.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
● Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
