Duties include but not limited to:
The Associate Advisor will be responsible for business development and the support of Senior Advisors, allowing them to gain industry knowledge and unlimited growth potential. Required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time.
Generate new business by providing market knowledge and assistance to new and existing clients
Capture all leads and assist in a timely manner.
Manage advertising production totals by tracking business generating activities.
Financially analyze commercial properties and be able to translate the analysis verbally and onto media deliverables.
Create documents such as letters, memoranda, and other business-related correspondence.
Compose and revise legal documents, such as the approved Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms, Listing Agreements, Contacts, Addendums, Letter of Intent, and Exhibits.
Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of marketing materials including maps, aerials, brochures, proposals, submarket updates, market analyses, and other relevant documents as needed.
Direct the maintenance of all listing websites keeping property information current (CoStar, LoopNet, etc).
Coordinate/manage mailings and email broadcasts; manage distribution process and list updates and report on activity.
Complete research as necessary by collecting and analyzing property information.
Create and maintain spreadsheets in order to monitor listings, proposals, lease/sales comparable information, broker opinion valuations, sold deals, etc.
Position requirements:
4-year college degree preferred.
Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred.
Strong desire to learn, or expand, business generation skills.
Previous business generation or sales experience at any level is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook).
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms.
Ability to see the “big picture” and work hard.
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
Compensation for this independent contractor position is salaried plus commission-based. There is potential for unlimited earnings based on individual performance. The expectation is that brokers will net commissions in the six figures within two to three years, commensurate with experience and sales achievements.

The Department of Pathology, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a junior to mid-level faculty member in academic neuropathology, at the rank of Assistant to Associate Professor to join two experienced academic neuropathologists based at the affiliated University of Colorado Hospital (UC Health (UCH), 925 beds) and the Children's Hospital of Colorado (CHCO, 600 beds), co-located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in metro Denver. Our neuropathologists also provide neuropathology consult service for a 7-state region of the Midwest and Mountain West that lacks board certified neuropathologists. In addition to central nervous system (CNS) and spine cases, our neuropathologists cover eye pathology, medical neuro-autopsy examinations, engage in teaching associated with the CU School of Medicine, and perform independent and collaborative research.
The successful candidate should be well-versed in emerging molecular tools and diagnostic paradigms particularly associated with cancer and neoplastic disorders, with less emphasis on degenerative neuropathology. The identified candidate will also provide support and consultation for scientific and clinical initiatives as well as have an opportunity to develop their own academic studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Surgical biopsy/resection and medical autopsy derived neuropathology cases from UCH (primarily) and CHCO (secondarily), associated system hospitals as well as consulting institutions, pathologists, and patients.
Adherence to quality standards/metrics and regulatory requirements associated with departmental anatomic pathology, molecular genetics and cytogenetics labs and our affiliate UCH and CHCO associated laboratories related to neuropathology
Participate in continuing education of pathology and laboratory faculty and staff, the application and roll out including education associated with neuropathology tests and interpretation, and their interpretation and understanding across the multidisciplinary spectrum of patient care.
Ensure timely test completion and accurate reporting of pathology tests associated with your practice, consultations, or translational research.
Consult with peer pathologists on cases as requested or needed. Be aware that the Department requires all new malignancies to be reviewed and confirmed with a subspecialty colleague prior to diagnostic test release.
Train and supervise pathology assistants, residents and fellows engaged in specialty training. May be involved in research activities and development projects.
Follow established policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
Promote and work to improve relationships with clinicians and the pathology community.

Security and
Safety
The CLC is responsible for the security and safety of the facility and residents during their shift. This includes control of drugs, alcohol, or other hazards, which could jeopardize the purpose of the Mission or its clients.

Ensures the house is abiding by drug and alcohol guidelines by conducting scheduled and random UA/BAs on Next Step members and entering the results into SCRIBE.

By means of the job roster, the CLC manages, trains, and coaches program participants in their job duties and knows the whereabouts of program participants at all times.
Under the guidance of the Supervisor of Community Life, helps train residents for their assigned job duties; and necessary soft skills that will benefit them as individuals and workers (mostly on-the-job style training).
Facilities
Cleanliness: Sees that the Mission is cleaned according to the established standard. This includes daily cleaning, removal, dispersion, or storage of all clutter, trash, donations, parking lot trash, sidewalks, etc. There will be no unnecessary accumulation of anything. If CLC feels the Mission needs something beyond what is normally understood to be mandatory, it must be cleared by the Senior Director of Community Life and or Shelter Supervisor.
Inventory: Follows the established means of receiving, recording, monitoring and distribution of inventory supplies purchased by the Mission for the daily operations and maintaining of the Lawrence Street Shelter.
Maintenance: Through daily inspections the CLC generates a list of work orders for presentation to the Maintenance Coordinator.
Schedule: Sees that all services are started and finished according to schedule. (Chapel, bed check-in, showers, staging of OG's clinic, etc.)
Other Responsibilities
Understands their role in the daily running of the Mission, including the specific shift's area of focus: cleanliness, bed check-in, and facility safety.
Has a good working knowledge of the facility and program policies and procedures, operation of the facility, mechanical operation of the facility (including: fire alarm, electric, gas, and water shut-off, etc.), how to control and track inventory, inventory and use of the maintenance room, pipeline responsibilities, safety, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines, employee handbook, and gift-in-kind (GIK) receiving and distribution.
Schedules time off with the Supervisor of Emergency services or Senior Director of Shelter Services so there is always a staff member on duty during all shifts.
Shows their presence around the facility throughout their shift.
Other tasks as assigned by the Shelter Supervisor and Director of Community Life.
Working Conditions
Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, and climbing stairs.
Works with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and a myriad of other issues related to homeless populations.
