Job Title: CENTER MANAGER
Summary:
Acts as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and has overall responsibility for the center's operation. Works under general occasional guidance and general oversight of regional management. Manages the daily operations of the center, supervising operations and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities for Role:
Responsible for meeting quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter (CPL) targets and Quality key performance indicators (KPI) goals.
Create appropriate organizational environment and value systems which stimulate the morale and productivity of the work force and its leadership.
Operates the center and manages employees and operations to the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
Manages staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met and to implement operational changes and maximize center efficiency.
Directs and manages employees.
Monitor and evaluate operations. Develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervise the implementation of process improvements.
Manages headcount to provide for efficient staffing through high and low production intervals, providing accurate and timely projections to regional management team in advance of cyclical and seasonal or situational spikes.
Accountable for the direction of all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination and the maintenance of all personnel records.
Provides strategic direction and planning.
Other Responsibilities for Role:
Acts as a mentor to assigned team, other center staff and other centers.
Through Assistant Manager, oversees donor selection, plasma collection and shipment and records completion.
Accountable to ensure the adequate training of production employees and demonstrate how tasks are to be performed to meet company standards.
Accountable for the adequacy of inventory of all goods and supplies necessary for center operations and oversee ordering goods as needed.
Assure center employees maintain the facility in a neat and clean condition and all equipment is kept in good working order.
Accountable for freezer management, including overseeing plasma shipments and equipment failures. Required to answer all freezer alarms and deal with them appropriately.
Submit timely and accurate reports on a daily/weekly basis or as requested.
Develop community representation with regards to all public relations and marketing campaigns to attract and retain donors.
Maintains thorough familiarity and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved Standard Operating Procedures, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Accountable for donor selection, plasma collection and all manufacturing records to maintain the highest production standards in accordance with state and federal regulations, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved Standard Operating Procedures, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Directs through the management team and with Training and Quality staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met.
Builds rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction with the center to support long-term donation.
Works with Divisional/Corporate management in the preparation of annual budget and manages facility to consistently achieve production targets and quality goals at the agreed-upon cost structure.
Control center donor funds and ensure that all financial records are accurate and in order.
Identifies regulatory deficiencies and in collaboration with the Center Quality Manager implements immediate corrective action.
Minimize center liability through constant risk management review. Investigates all unsafe situations and complaints and institutes corrective/preventive action.
Establishes and maintains the ability to perform all tasks within the center; fulfills the role of production employees when the occasional need arises.
Assumes Regional management oversight and mentoring duties for select facilities/projects or in ROMs absence.
Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.

Prior management experience, preferably supervising a group of 20 or more employees.
Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Equivalency:

Developing command of and proficiency in at least one functional area, such as finance, IT, HR, or compliance. Ability to relocate preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position is eligible to participate in up to 30% of the company bonus pool. The Operations Manager will lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our MRO facility. This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, etc.), OEM specifications, and internal quality systems. The Operations Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and support staff, driving performance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across all maintenance functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Direct and oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Develop and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans to optimize labor efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensures that all company, manufacturer, customer and FAA requirements and specifications are applied and enforced.
Ensure timely execution of work packages, work orders, and return-to-service documentation.
Manages and supervises assigned personnel to ensure maximum motivation, efficiency, and discipline in accordance with ComAv Technical Services policies and Repair Station Manual.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Ensures the proper use of all equipment with an understanding of all safety rules to ensure compliance. Mitigate, correct, and notify DOM of safety issues.
Ensures that all aircraft maintenance work, materials, and practices conform to FAA, customer, company, and manufacturers' standards of quality.
Oversees on-the-job training for Mechanics and leads under his/her Supervision to ensure compliance. Validates that only qualified Mechanics are assigned to the task being performed.
Ensure Leads complete work orders and paperwork in a timely manner, keep their work boards in order; Ensure that the daily turnover logs are maintained.
Interface with Material Planner / Scheduler to expedite materials required to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience - 5 years of commercial aviation leadership experience in Heavy Maintenance/C-Check, including aircraft and engine re-activation; transitional maintenance; aircraft modifications; including structural, electrical, avionics, and engine preservation. Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and documentation standards Understanding of FARs 43, 91, 121, 135, 145. Experience with aircraft Storage and Disassembly a plus.
Education - Operations Manager should at least have a high school diploma. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as: aerospace, engineering, business management is preferred.
License/Certifications - This position requires an A&P Certification and minimum10 years of experience as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic working with large commercial aircraft or transports.
Safety Management - Proactively promote a safety-first culture by ensuring you and your team understand and comply with the proper use of equipment and all relevant safety rules and regulations.
Budgeting/Scheduling Experience - Must have at least 5-years of budgeting and scheduling experience and the ability to create execution strategies accordingly.

Position Summary:
The Plant Manager leads the centralized commissary and food manufacturing facility supporting Restaurants. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.
Position Responsibilities:
PLANT MANAGER TASKS:

Budget and Cost Control:
Manage budgets and control plant expenses, while reducing inefficiencies and waste. Be able to perform cost analyses to determine labor, materials, consumables, and utilities to determine cost per pound for each type of product produced in the facility. Ability to adapt this information to determine optimal sizes or minimum batch quantities and when to schedule production time for certain products.

Overall management of operations, including supervisory responsibilities for managers, assistant managers, and team members.

Provide hands-on support for team members to fill in when needed. Perform all preparation, cooking, cleaning, or packaging operations on short notice.

Construction Coordination:
General knowledge and experience with construction related tasks. Be able to coordinate with contractors for maintenance and capital projects while dealing with scheduled shutdowns in a food production environment.

Maintenance Coordination:
Evaluate equipment and determine preventative maintenance requirements to make sure that the “up time” of the equipment is achieved to reduce downtime during production.

QA Experience:
Be aware of proper procedures from a QA perspective. Guide team members to ensure food quality standards are met.

Delivery Vehicles:
Management of the company owned delivery vehicles, route coordination and schedules.
