Quality & Customer Focus Partner with the Quality team to resolve issues and prevent defects. Monitor process controls and ensure adherence to standards. Support customer audits and drive quality improvements. People Leadership Set clear expectations and performance goals for the production team. Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. Data, KPIs, & Reporting Track and report daily/weekly/monthly production metrics. Ensure accurate documentation, inventory reporting, and production records. Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning activities. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in industrial, packaging, metals, plastics, automotive, or related environments. 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams (supervisors/leads/operators). Strong understanding of production processes, machine operations, workflow, and safety. Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and basic data analysis.
